I used the feet of the owl to create the bottoms of the balloons. (the winner's name will be randomly selected, emailed and posted on my winners page after the giveaway closes. But my new room will be very similar. Using my xyron 900, i added permanent adhesive to white cardstock and attached the negative from the deco foil.
